A session won’t load

Try force closing the app and reopening it. If it doesn't work, restarting your device may help.


Audio isn’t playing or is stuttering

An internet connection is needed for audio to play. Make sure your volume is up, Silent Mode is off, and the volume controls on the meditation page are up.


Can I turn off the beats?

Yes. You can turn down the beats using the volume control on the meditation page.


Can I skip the breathwork?

Right now, breathwork is part of the experience and can’t be skipped. If you feel strongly about it, please email us at support@stillful.app and let us know your thoughts.
